We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

• Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles, no commercial vehicles
• Parking available in front of the building

• Each unit has a rear patio that is not fully fenced in but provides your own space
• Property has mid-term residents and other short-term renters on-site
• There are 10 nearly identical townhouse units on-site
• Please message us if you would like to book multiple units for larger groups
• Commitment to the COVID-19 enhanced sanitization and cleaning process

• Essentials provided for stays of about 2-3 nights
• Additional supplies available nearby at CVS, Giant, and Ocean State Job Lot
• No on-site laundry
• Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning is a 2-minute drive away and offers full-service laundry and dry cleaning
• Mid-stay cleanings available upon request for $50 per cleaning
• Mid-stay cleaning includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning, not a full deep clean
• For stays over 2 weeks, mid-stay cleaning is required every 2 weeks with fees paid prior to check-in
• Rate includes up to 4 guests; $15 per additional guest per night, up to max occupancy
