Very Disappointed

This was not the best stay at all. The restroom was horrible, the towel racks were broken, no ice bucket, the caulking around the tub was nasty, and the light switch was very ancient. The breakfast was ridiculous…yogurt, waffle, bread for toast, and cereal(I didn’t see any milk for the cereal or butter for the waffles).

We never stayed at this hotel because they cancelled our reservation after calling the hotel directly the night before. We were physically unable to get there on time due to intense traffic leaving Florida after the evacuation notice. We were told by the front desk “no worries”. Not good. Wet dirty floor in the room from mopping which turned my white socks black when I entered the room and before I knew. Floor under sink also needed attention. Also there was a live worm crawling under the sink. They did put me in another room. Also, the swimming pool was being restored and was empty. Asked to talk to the manager but was told that he would be in around 1:00 PM
