This place is in need of many repairs and a deep cleaning. But it was cheap and staff is accommodating and friendly.

The staff was great. It was quite. The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the tub and floor when we got there. Dirty hand marks on the bathroom door. Overall a great stay!

Bathroom dirty mini fridge dirty and broken and because i was to tired to go down and say something about it after an 11 hour drive they refused to do anything my daughter had exposed wires in 2 different spots in her room with small children and blood on the shower curtain and again they refused to do anything and they knew about their issues the same night they got there

Needs New Management or Tear this place down

Unfriendly staff. They have children working the front desk and they little girl for hit to give me my drivers license back. I had to get it a week later. No one even called to say I left it there. Their entire family lives there throughout the hotel and they let their kids run the halls at night. Mildew and mold in the rooms.

Don't go to the Baymont

The general overall condition is poor. The hotel smelled badly of ethnic food. The rooms had no insulation to noise. You could here everything that was going on. The cleanliness was disgusting. No coffee maker in the room. The television was small. I would never stay here again.

Not to bad for quick stay

Young staff asks odd questions to customers they shouldn’t ask , but she is young and 19 so can understand somewhat. No coffee in room or down stairs until breakfast time , but when asked they had me sit down and they made me some which was nice of them.

Under refurbishment our room at end of hallway (handicapped) had to hall done thru some of the construction debris No hot water for shower in the morning Stained ceiling rugs worn Bad timing to stay during reconstruction Outdoors , outside building was beautiful Lobby front entrance was beautiful

Did not provide enough towels for the guests. I had to asked twice I killed 5 roaches. I finally took the last one dead to the manager and showed him. Cleaning was done while food area was being open to guests. Staff talked loud in hallway at 6am. I would expect a full refund!! But I only got $25

The staff was so nice and the continental breakfast was good. The toilet was filthy I mean the gross mold was yucky so we felt grossed out it needed a super good scrub The volume on the tv did not go up and down and the lower shelf in the bathroom under the sink was so filthy. We always clean before putting our things out and I can tell you it was all clean except the bathroom and I mean the toilet super gross! But we stayed a quick night got in late left early but the staff super nice!

Don’t waste your money. Go next door instead. • The only clean place in the hotel is the lobby. • The room is filthy with bugs and roaches. • No breakfast at all. When it’s 8:30am, still 30 min away from closing the breakfast area, the minute you get there, the lady will inform you the breakfast is closing shortly. She already put away everything in the cabinets and even turned off the waffle machine already. So you have to turn on the heat to wait for it and the waffle batter is sour. No coffee or milk either. The only thing you have is the cereal but you have no milk! • The front desk lady always give you nasty look and kept on staring at you and make you feel uncomfortable.
