The staff was fantastic across the board! I didn't have breakfast, but my daughter and husband did and they were not impressed. I was surprised when I was told that the company had decided to do away with tea bags. However, I did get my morning tea because the nice desk clerk was kind enough to offer one of her personal tea bags. Now, that is what you call service! I wish I would have asked for her name. Why would a hotel not have tea bags? I, for one, do not drink coffee or juice. I'm sure there are others who enjoy hot tea as well - especially during the winter time.
