The room had a very offensive odor. The bathroom had black mold. Stains on the carpet and pullout sofa. Generally unclean. Staff very pleasant. Would not recommend this hotel due to the state of the building.

Lobby nice, staff nice, breakfast great. Upon entering room, the door stuck pretty bad, the electronic door lock worked sometimes, and the room was very dank and musty smelling as if a leak were present. Floor felt moist. Room amenities were nice just the actual atmosphere in the room was the problem. We looked for a place with an indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub great... Pool freezing, the kids looked blueish. Also the lock on the pool door didn't work well. Had to get staff to let us in. Overall a pleasant stay but expect more for the price per night.

Nice hotel with many amenities and a generally friendly staff. The afternoon/evening front desk gal one evening was less than helpful. The "its not my job" attitude wasn't acceptable to us. The housekeeping staff, from day to day, failed to be consistent on the service provided (dirty glasses not replaced daily). Breakfast choices were repetitious but fine for our needs. The location was a little too far away from downtown Savannah, so it was a lot of driving.

Nice hotel

My stay at The Springhill Suites by Marriott, were incredible. The bed were nice soft and very cozy. The room were very nice and clean. I'd enjoyed my stay and will do it all over again.
