The staff at this facility were very professional with all the guests, not just me. They wer egenuinely interested in making this a memorable experience. Understanding that teh Marriott Residences are the lower-end of the Marriott rpoperties, nevertheless, the management can exert a little more effort to gain alot. Specifically in the condition of the rooms: Table lamps and appliances that are not assembled carefully, and make the room look unnecessarily cheap. This facility can be a jewel and its staff re already its best ambassadors. A little better vigilance on the maintenance side will do wonders. I will come back.

Nice surprise in Savannah
Very friendly and capable staff. We were consistently greeted with smiles by staff members. Our room was very clean. Although there was a tear and worn area in the carpet by the kitchen. This needs repaired as it should not have been let go. The bed was very comfortable. We found the hotel location very convenient for our morning walks and the on street parking was very safe and convenient. This is a very pretty hotel and I encourage everyone to experience a weekend at this location.
