This property has a great location. Very close to River Street and very close to almost anything you wanna do in Savannah the staff were neither friendly nor rude. They just did their jobs. I don’t feel that there was any extra hospitality extended, but for the price you can’t beat the location. My room was never cleaned, but maybe I missed the sign saying that they don’t do routine cleanings. The breakfast was functional. There were no hot items other than pancakes you could make. The room was in fine condition. Everything seemed a little old, but it still worked.

The room, and specifically the heating unit, smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. Everything was old, chipped and worn. The staff were friendly.

The staff at this establishment were truly amazing and very kind. But the outside of the building itself is just dirty and dated. The actual room was very clean and homey, but also dated. Overall wasn’t bad, but don’t let the pictures fool you. Also since it is the city be prepared for lots of road noise. If you’re looking for a place that is cheaper, great walking distance to some lovely places then absolutely go for this place.

Staff were friendly upon arrival. We were charged $35 night for parking although our booking stated $25 so that was disappointing. The hotel itself was very old and dated, in much worse shape than the online images showed. Room didn’t smell great, tv remote and coffee maker didn’t work. The area is very noisy at night.

Pretty positive our heat was broken. Carpet was filthy and stained. Bathroom had mold and the whole room smelled funky. Tv was fuzzy. And they don't tell you that you have to pay a $25 fee just to park your car. We were not impressed. The most convenient thing was being able to walk the historic district.
