The grandest of historic oaks, over 350 years old, greets you as you enter the property. Surely, it has stories to tell! The home's ground level hosts a full apartment with modern finishes, full kitchen and washer/dryer, while also featuring a gym and additional bedroom. Make your way up to the 2nd level which hosts the main living room w/ fireplace, open kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, laundry room, powder room, and two bedrooms, each with their own full baths. The upper level is complete with a large sitting room (optional 6th bedroom) that flows through to the master suite boasting 2 private balconies, lighted tray ceiling, wet-bar w/ mini fridge, walk-in closet, and 3-sided fireplace that connects to the en-suite bath.
