The unit was aprkling clean and so comfortable and cozy--so great for enjoying a lazy time out. it was perfectly located with easy wqlking access to both the riverfront and other parts of savannah. Once we parked, we walked everywhere. The Saturday morning market in Forsythe Park was amazing...a very diverse market with a wonderful community vibe.

I like to park the car and walk everywhere so this was perfect. Close enough to everything, even the Krogers grocery store was easily within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from for my 2 week stay.The cottage was pretty much as expected. A nice quiet neighborhood, didn't really hear any of the next door neighbors. Private parking very much appreciated. All the cottage amenities as expected. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Savannah.A few minor things. Limited storage for clothes. A small dresser somewhere would be nice, perhaps tucked in the bedroom closet instead of the hanging thing. The back deck/patio is not as private as expected. All the other units including those on the next street have patios in that area. The adjacent unit even has a window looking out onto the patio. Of course, the bedroom window in this unit also looks onto the neighbor's patio. I kept those blinds closed the entire time.The front porch wasn't a bad place to hang out. Not much traffic on the street and it's shadier since on the north side. The HVAC system is fairly loud when running, especially the heat. I had to turn up the TV volume when it kicked on, and I turned it off at night for sleeping. A more modern heat pump unit with variable speed fans would be a huge improvement.

The cottage is super cute. Walking distance to everything and place we wanted to visit. Quiet area no loud noises from neighborhood. Host checked to see if everything was as it should be. Would stay again.

We were in Savannah for 3 days and our stay here was great!! The location is just right and you can walk to about everything. I think the longest walk was 15 minutes to one of the shops we wanted to go to and the shortest was 5 minutes to a restaurant named Clary's for breakfast (which I highly recommend). The house was very clean and in a quiet location just off the beaten path plus it had all we needed for the stay. Communication with the hosts Ryan and Nick was easy and they were quick with their replies / information. We do want to go back at some point and will stay here again if available.

An enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The parking spot was really helpful, and the location makes everything in historic Savannah within walking distance! Enjoyed sitting at the front porch in the shade, saying hello to the few people that passed by. The neighborhood was good, and the beds were very comfortable!

Perfect Stay

This rental is in a great location that is just to the side of everything you would want to do in historic downtown Savannah. It was a perfect size for two adults (a kid could have slept on the couch) and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the home had all needed amenities. "Fancy" Parker's market (open 24h) is an eleven minute walk if you need to grab something to eat. Our hosts were super responsive and we can't wait until the next time we're back in town. Off street parking was a huge perk. Oh and we saw zero bugs which is unheard of for Savannah!

Great place for two

While the location meant a little longer walk to the touristy stuff, it was not enough to rule out staying there and we knew that going in. For us, the cottage was great and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Very comfortable. Communication with the Host, Ryan was great and he checked in often.

Perfect location

Great weekend getaway

Everything was great about the rental. We had zero issues!! Bed slept great, super hot water, plenty of extras like shampoo and soaps etc and we didn’t need to purchase anything. If you’re looking to be within walking distance to downtown, this place is about 20 minutes to City Market. There’s so much to see and do in Savannah and you won’t be disappointed in your vacation to this city and staying in this property. Thanks Ryan!!

Great place, intown, easy in and out

Cute place, close to restaurants, onsite easy parking, felt like a safe location. In the historic district so plenty of self guided walking tours of squares and architecture. Clean, nicely furnished, everything as advertised. Very hot when we were there, AC worked great.
