It is centrally located in downtown Savannah, GA.Just two blocks from Forsyth Park and a short walk to some of the city’s favorite spots. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and everything you need for a hassle-free stay, you’ll feel right at home while enjoying all that Savannah has to offer!

This is a second floor walk up unit which features:
- Living Room with a 50" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine.
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands, and closet.
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands, TV and closet.
- Full bathroom with shower/tub. Toiletries and linens provided
-Washer and Dryer in unit

The Outside Space:
Out back, you'll find a spacious shared outdoor area, complete with tables, BBQs, and outdoor games for everyone to enjoy. There's also a large shared parking area, with one car allowed per unit. Any additional vehicles will need to use street parking. We just ask that you be mindful and respectful of other guests while using the property!

The unit is fully equipped with everything you need—feel right at home!


-No smoking in the condo. Any violations will result in a $250 smoke abatement fee.
-No pets or animals permitted. Unannounced animals will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee and your reservation being cancelled without refund.
-Four guests maximum at any time. No parties or events. Violations will result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
-Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
