➢ No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

➢ For longer than a week stay, we only provide your initial consumables such as shampoo, soap etc. We will not re-stock the items once consumed.

➢ Due to allergy concerns, we do not provide salt, pepper, coffee and creamer. Guest must bring their own.

➢ Guests should bring their own charcoal for grill

➢ House is at the dead end of the road and no street light. There are lights to both the front porch and back yard. If you plan on getting back after sunset feel free to leave the lights on before you leave.

Clean and easy to get to the marina. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. The towels do not dry your body, they are microfiber and just spread the water. The space was uncomfortable and stark. Coffee maker krueg but no pods!
