Had to wait for Housekeeping checking in and they were late the next day but clean rooms. Tiny pool with very warm water. Everything else was fine.

The Lobby was Beautiful, the staff was Friendly, Helpful. The room was spacious and accommodating. The Breakfast was a wide variety of foods, and delicious. The coffee was fabulous!

I arrived early so couldn't check in yet but the desk clerk Aline was very friendly and stored my baggage for me and invited me to rest on the first floor. I paid for breakfast and enjoyed buffet for 23 BR REALS. Aline could speak good English and was always helpful . The other staff were good too ...
