"I am a bargain hotel person but I would pass on this one. The first room had mold on the bathroom walls and a crack in the tub. There were also toenail clippings on the night stand!! The staff switched rooms for us however the second rooms tub did not drain."

"Look I usually don’t like to leave a bad review unless it’s necessary and at this time it is necessary. For the management, I hope you look very carefully at who you hire and make sure they have good customer service. The only person that I can say that actually helped us with a very good customer service was the light skinned African American women who checked me in and I appreciate her professionalism and well customer support. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast was absolutely rude and not very welcoming to the point were she waved her hand at me to leave because they were closing breakfast but I had like 20mins to just grab something quick and I was treated that way. People next door to us were fighting all night breaking glass and who knows what else but it wasn’t a quiet place at all but we got through it, thank god it was for only a night. My fiancée went down to get batteries for the remote and of course that didn’t work and seeing the second remote thinking maybe that one would work, NOPE! NO TV so now one knows why the remotes won’t work so we tried our hardest to go to sleep with all the noise going on through the hall ways."
