今回の旅行は15泊をしながら旅をしています。他州のラマダホテルにも滞在しました。今回は運悪く、チェックインした当日に上階に滞在している3人の子供達が夜の10時過ぎ迄、運動場の様に走る回っでました。とんでもない響き音で地震が来たかと思う程、酷いものでした。フロントの人にクレームを言ったところ、親切に聞き入れてくれましたが、相変わらず、続きました。 私達は2泊の滞在だったので、翌日には彼はチェックアウトしている事だろうと願ってましたが、本当に運悪く連泊してました😢 フロントの人が他者の方からもクレームがあったとの事で対応してくれたそうです。感謝しました。しかしながら、またその夕方、走ってバタバタやってたので、もう残念でした。 チェックアウトの朝、私の人生で過去最低なフロントの女性の対応に遭いました、まこちらがありがとうございましたと言っても無視されました。この経緯は、チェックアウトの際、早朝6時15分でフロントに誰も居なくて、鍵をフロントデスクの上に置きました。突然、現れたその女性は、黙って行くのか〜と呼び止められたので、不在だったので鍵を置いたのだと説明したにもかかわらず、非常に不快な顔をして、挨拶もろくにせず、ありえないわ〜と言いながら頭を張ってとても立腹した対応をされました。2度、私は、我慢しながら本当に残念な2泊をしました。

Out dated furniture, finger prints on the refridgerator and the microwave. Sheets & shower curtain stained. The bathroom sink was clogged and the Keurig Coffee Pot didnt't work. Kids jumping in the room above us--asked if we could change rooms, was told sorry no rooms. Will not stay here in the future. Oh and PS the remote for the tv didnt work right. Dissapointed for the amount of money we paid.

The room itself was ok. My issue is, my room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door (not the hotel main entrance). All evening and all night long people were entering and exiting said door, and every time the door was closed it slammed agains the door jamb. It was so loud i never got any sleep. The hotel was busy and I could not be moved rooms. The most awful experience I have ever had in a hotel !!! Will never be back to this establishment!!!!

Disgusting room was not cleaned. Served frozen pizza for breakfast. Blood on the sheets and mattress cover my kids slept in and didn’t see until the morning: would only refund $10 and now having issues getting my $100 incidental hold- now a charge- returned to me 3 days after the fact.
