"Good location. Well mantained. We took a room with balcony what makes the stay more comfortable. We took breakfast only once because we ordered an omelette and it was not good at all, sometimes it is difficult for non European people because the people in Europe are used to have too much bread and cakes for breakfast. But there is one coffee shop on the corner, they serve tood breakfast there. All the rest was very good."

"Lovely, historic hotel. Quiet and calm amidst the beautiful clamor and turbulence of Florence. Our 10 year-old daughter loved having half the family suite to herself. Only two suggestions: 1) the sight of housekeeping trolleys left in hallways is jarring in a 4-star hotel. Isn’t there a housekeeping closet where they can be stored when not in use? 2) with the exception of the lady who greeted us on arrival, the front desk and bell staff was more functional than warm."

"The hotel staff here were so helpful. They went over what not to miss in Florence which takes extra time, so we highly appreciated this. We discovered that our apartment was inside of an ancient coliseum. So much history! They greeted us with a cold drink and it was so refreshing on a very hot day. In the morning, they had coffees and pastries available which was unexpected. Thank you so much! A wonderful stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boccaccio in Florence. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and overall we were very happy with our experience. The only challenge was arriving by car. The hotel does not have on-site parking, and there is not really a designated area to temporarily stop and unload luggage. As a result, we had to park first and then walk our luggage through the streets of Florence to reach the hotel, which was not ideal after a long drive. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again."
