"Good value and location. Nice Minor issues: Amenity packs didn't contain coffee and creamer, but they were available from the front desk. Laundry dryers very slow, we dried items in the room. No under bed storage was a big issue, as I expect it from APA."

"I had to shorten the days of my stay at the hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to telephone Expedia (Japan) to sort out the mess, and in the end I was offered a very comfortable room (with the reservation I made plus upgrade fees). It turned into a very pleasant experience."
