Room was spotless. Cleaning staff provided additional amenities and-or cleaned the room every day. Front desk staff were easy to speak with and provided assistance with whatever I needed. Parking was efficient and only took minutes to retrieve my car every day.

Very nice hotel like other Dormy Inns we have stayed in. Clean rooms, good onsens, all amenities we need. Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). Overall we would still recommend this hotel.

The onsen at level 9th was very good, Many dining options are within walking distance. Room size is on small side typical of Japanese hotel chains. Parking is multi storey and automated, which means cannot drive in and out many times a day.
