Accomodations were simple but adequate for our purpose. The property was as advertised.When full, the parking is difficult. It is first come, first served with no demarcation on where or how to park. This normally wouldn't be an issue but sometimes an entitled person just parks willy-nilly and that makes it more difficult for everyone else.

Cute efficiency close to the beach

PROS: clean, walking distance to the beach, quiet complex, comfy mattress, nice grounds, beach chairs, umbrella and bikes provided; laundry on site. Very prompt at fixing maintenance issues.CONS: extremely sparse furnished kitchen, no dresser in bedroom, not one picture/decor on the walls -feels sterile & not homey.

parking and wifi

The parking is terrible, but the worst thing is the wifi. The wifi is a joke. The tv in the unit runs off of wifi and would constantly buffer! I don't mean a little but every 20 or 30 seconds or more! My computer also had trouble. The unit was very nice but with all the trouble we had with the wifi we would NOT stay there again! UP GRADE THE WIFI!!!

Perfect getaway spot.

We stayed 4 nights on the Island and wanted something nice, easy, and close to beach. This spot worked for all that. Simple, cute and clean. We biked everywhere and the location is perfect.

Quick Sanibel Visit

We have been frequent visitors to Sanibel. This cottage was suitable for our stay. We were surprised by how nicely the cottages and grounds had been restored after suffering Hurricane Ian. There were some minor punch list items that had yet to be addressed. These did not bother us much and we figure they will be taken care of soon. Nice little spot for a no frills stay on the island.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I love Sanibel and visit every year. We enjoyed staying at this property. It's a great location! The walk to the beach is a few blocks. They had bikes included which is a huge plus. On the first day we were there we used the beach chairs (which are nice chairs) and the umbrella. When we got to the beach the umbrella was broken. I emailed Cat and within the hour they had provided a new umbrella. Any time I text or emailed they got back with me immediately. They also provide a washer and dryer if needed. They had everything you need for a short-term stay - coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, beach towels, etc. This place is nice and very affordable. Another thing we loved is they offer short term rentals here. Most of the places in Sanibel only offer 7 day or 30 day rentals. Highly recommended if you want an affordable, clean, cute place to stay so you can enjoy beautiful Sanibel!

Nice but missed the mark.

Could be a nice property, but in need of a deep cleaning and upgrades. Had to sign a pool waiver prior to check in, there is no pool, one grill for 6 units g[d luck on using that,, check out procedure was to load dishes in dishwasher, no dishwasher, etc.
