Mariner Pointe 813: Top Floor Unit w/ Water Views!
Mariner Pointe Update: We are finally able to welcome back guests as of January 31, 2026! Most on-site amenities have been restored including the community pools, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, tennis court restoration, and a large landscaping project. We can provide more updates once we have them however schedules may be subject to change. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!
Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, public dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.
