Gorgeous Gulf Front Townhome

Summary:
Welcome to St. Croix 4- A gorgeous two bedroom two and a half bathroom townhome located in the boutique St. Croix community on Sanibel's highly desired East End. Featuring only four units total, St. Croix is positioned just a matter of feet from the beach and less than a mile from Sanibel's lighthouse. With a full kitchen, multiple balconies off of living room and master bedroom, and a smart and open concept floor plan, guests will find themselves enamored with this picturesque townhome residence.

The Space:
St. Croix 4 features two bedrooms, with a king bed and queen bed in primary and second bedrooms, respectively. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and dual vanities in addition to an expansive balcony also located en-suite to the bedroom. The bedrooms are both located on the second level of the residence, with the living area, kitchen, and primary balcony located on the first floor. The residence itself is located on the third floor of the St. Croix building. It does require one to traverse stairs to reach the entrance of the unit and the building does not feature an elevator. While St. Croix is just a matter of feet to the ocean, it does not feature a pool.

First arriving, the condo is very outdated on the first floor by the old living room and dining room furniture. Upon opening the cupboards, all plates and glasses utensils had been used and not put through the dishwasher. Light sockets in the bedrooms did not work and found 50 dead bugs behind the nightstand, food under the bed, stain on the master bedspread
