Loggerhead Cay 582, partial angled Gulf Views

***October 27 through November 25*** From October 27- Nov 25 Loggerhead Cay will have construction crews on site working on repairs to the sewers and pipes. There will be pipes running on top of the ground in the courtyard and over walkways. There will also be heavy machinery on-site, as well as a pump truck. Expect construction noise during this project. During the scheduled worktime for each building there will be a limited amount of water usage between the hours of 8am and 4pm. This means limited shower and non-usage of dishwashers or washing machines during these hours. Toilets will be usable but limited as it will be sent to a pump truck.
Buildings 1 & 2: Oct 27-30, Nov 3-6, Nov 10-13, Nov 17-20
Building 3: Nov 12-13, Nov 17-20, Nov 24-25
Buildings 4 & 5: Nov 12-13, Nov 17-20
The contractor will be working Monday through Thursday ONLY each week.

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Loggerhead Cay has been welcoming guests since December 2023. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**

Welcome to Loggerhead Cay 582, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with partial angled views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from the lanai. This bright, beautiful unit is freshly painted, with all new wood plank luxury vinyl flooring. The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare you favorite meals. The owner has installed brand new appliances and reverse osmosis water filtration system - no need to buy bottled water! You'll delight in the colorful & comfortable living room with plenty of seating and large flat screen TV. The Bahamian style primary suite has a comfortable king bed and flat screen TV, and updated en-suite bathroom. Your guests will feel right at home in their space with a queen and twin bed, TV, and is with-in steps to the second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The AC unit has an ultraviolet light which sanitizes the air as it recirculates through the condo. You'll enjoy relaxing on the comfortably furnished lanai while enjoying the Gulf breezes.

For outdoor fun, the owner provides access to their private storage locker. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach wagon are available for your use.

Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Couples Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this unit. The space is comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and snacks. We also enjoyed the ample seating and tables on the lanai. Great location on the beach for watching beautiful Sunrises and shelling. Pool and grills are available as well as beach chairs.

We were so comfortable in our unit. Plenty of comfy seating with two love seats and a couch. Well stocked kitchen. Lanai overlooking the pool with the ocean in the distance. Short walk to the beach and the pickleball courts. We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and shelling.

We have been staying at Loggerhead Cay for 20 years. This unit was nicely furnished, had everything in the kitchen we needed to make our own meals, and included supplies needed for a day at the beach or pool.

It was a joy to be back on Sanibel Island for the first time since Hurricane Ian. Loggerhead Cay was a wonderful complex, our condo was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.
