The Space:
Sundial F106 features a peaceful courtyard location centrally located in the West development of Sundial Resort. Steps to the grills, pool, shuffleboard, beaches, and more, you will find entertainment and fun in the sun to be extremely proximal to your unit. Additionally, the walk out lanai offers convenience that other units do not for those with restricted mobility or simply want a more seamless walk to the beach, free of elevators, people, and front door locks.
This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties of up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip.

Guest Access:
Certain amenities including the pool, may not be available during your stay. At this time the Pool associated with this condo is closed for renovations. However the greater resort shopping, dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use. Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool. Guests are welcome to inquire with us prior to booking for current pricing for resort pool use and also availability of Sundial West amenities. As of 4/1, here is the pricing for resort access- 2 adults for $125 plus receive a $60 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar 2 kids for $75 plus receive a $30 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool. Tiki bar, restaurants, and shopping at Sundial are available to the public and do not require a resort pass.

The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire while on a much needed vacation.
