"The room air conditioner was very ineffective. It didn’t cool at all. Moreover even the fan used to operate in extreme speeds either very slow which was completely unusable or very fast. There was no Middle speed. I couldn’t sleep for the full night. Also the toilet seats were broken. Considering the cost of the resort, it’s expected that such things are taken care of."
