It was clean and neat. There was a buzzing noise in a room the whole night so it was hard to get sleep. Also, being on the 4th floor, you could hear the wind whistle the whole night. And our tv remote didn’t work.

For the amount of money they charge the bathroom should be in better condition. Broken tile mold on bottom of shower door and years of soap Scum. They also need to clean the air filters on their ac and heating in the rooms. Months of dirt of it.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean. It had a friendly atmosphere. The two ladies at the front desk (Angela and Ashie) were what really made me want to come back. They were very helpful, super friendly and overall just great ladies! The evening cider, donuts and caramel apples were the topping on the cake. Such a great staff! Had an amazing stay, will be back!

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Comfortable room, but had an incident with a bedbug. We got upgraded to a different room balcony suite and was compensated on one of our nights that we stayed.

The staff was super friendly, the check-in process was easy, and the breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast! Very convenient location to our plans at Cedar Point. The cleanliness of our room has room for improvement. Significant dust on the lamps, including a pair of glasses left over from a previous stay, that were not ours (showing the night stand is skipped over. The beds were made sloppy and some areas throughout room needed some additional attention. The pool definitely could use a good scrub around the water line.

Beds and pillows were amazing. Staff were all fantastic. Sat night gathering was a fun free bonus. Only complaint was the bathroom could have used a good clean as there was pink mold along the tub and gross grime all over the shampoo conditioner dispenser. 1 bed had a large stained comforter on the bed. But a quick call down and a new one was instantly brought up.
