Great landscaping and the remodel was coming together. Parking is horrible, the spaces are newly painted and to small. We checked in at 5pm and got keys, room was open and the beds were not made. Left with luggage in car and came back at 11pm. Beds were so creaky, you rolled over and it sounded like a bed spring convention. A/C worked well, curtains good. Shower head leaked at seam, spit water all over the sink. Drain backed up in the tub after 30 seconds which is disgusting, standing in 3 inches of soapy water during the entire shower. Breakfast was not good. 30 years in the Hospitality industry and I know cheap. To review: Orange Juice no - TANG or a vendor knock off, yes. Milk to drink, I took it from the cereal carafe because there was none to drink. Breakfast protein, none. No ham, bacon, sausage. Gravy with sausage, none. Fresh fruit - smaller than 118 count red apples and 2nd batch banana. Cereal was 2 options of vendor brand cheerio and a chex item. Belgian waffle set up was good. 1/2 hotel pan hot food was enchilada casserole, scrambled eggs that were turning green (put some sour cream in them after cooking to avoid that), green chile pork and potato, and I cannot remember the other item. Overall for the price, it was really poorly executed. We were 3 Dudes in town for a Fantasy Football draft and are pretty easy to please. The staff was really trying, gotta give them that, from night audit to PM front desk to AM front desk. Toss me some bones back on my bill

Our breakfast always tries to serve a lot of variety, we are surprised that it has not been to your liking, most of our good comments are breakfast. We have 24 hours of service, for any problem with your accommodation. We hope you will consider stay with us again.

Room was clean, limited parking, but still found a space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was more than we expected, with hot meal. No luxury place, but for sure a good stay. Happy that we didn’t go off bad reviews.
