"The room was lovely - clean and well appointed, the food was excellent- everything you want for breakfast, and the location is fabulous for exploring. We were made to feel special at all times, with staff consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to help, including assisting us with transportation, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Without a doubt, if we return to Verona, we will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again. We would especially like to thank Mara Ose for her outstanding service from the very beginning, and James for crafting such delicious drinks that made our evenings even more memorable. "Wonderful hotel in a great location, down a quiet lane maybe 30 yards from the Arena and one street away from the main shopping area. Great friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright rooms, we had the standard twin and double type and they were more than adequate. Excellent breakfast looked after by attentive staff who helped us with Gluten free request by providing a basket of items such as bread, biscuits cakes etc. Lots of other hot and cold options, hot and cold drinks and also a large table covered with fresh homemade cakes. Will return to Verona soon and will use this hotel again !!"
