Feines Hotel an der Autobahn. Man hört durchgängig den Autolärm, wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat. Check-In Personal eher unfreundlich und arrogant. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Zimmer haben eine gute Größe.

Worn out hotel

This is a terribly dated and worn hotel. The photos must be years old. The bed had splits in it the shower door was very unclean the toilet didn’t flush. The aircon went off when you went out (34degrees outside). I have never stayed anywhere this bad

Alessio el capo de rivecimiento, mal servicio en el lobby muy grosero, irrespetuoso al momento de pedirme el pasaporte, y me envió a la policía para buscar información cuando le pregunté si podía entregarle una foto. El hotel está bello pero esa persona para front desk destruye lo hermoso del hotel, deben poner enchunfles al lado de la cama. Alessio, the front desk manager, bad service in the lobby, very rude, disrespectful when he asked me for my passport, and sent me to the police for information when I asked him if I could give him a photo. The hotel is beautiful but that person for front desk destroys the beauty of the hotel, they should put enchunfles next to the bed.

The wifi was unusable even google maps was to much for it. The gym has 2 universal machines both broken and only 5kg dumbells. For the price you could simply use an IHG hotel for less money and get more amenities. The breakfast was good and the room was clean if the hotel overall was pretty dated.

Generally ok stay. Rooms are tired but function ok, including the much needed air conditioning, but a single usable socket in a room? No air con in public areas in evening. One lift out of action. Maid knocked door at 8-45am on day of leaving and key blocked whilst we were at breakfast even though check out 11am. Ok but not great.

Receptionists were nice and helpful. Hotel is very dated. There was mold in the tub/shower. It was hard to get into the tub/shower because the side was so high. Adapters wouldn’t stay in the outlets because they were so loose. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Room was very warm by American standards—never got temp below 24.6 degrees Celsius. TWICE employees tried to enter our room unannounced—once to confirm that custodial service had been performed and once to check the a/c. No knocking—just tried to barge in. Breakfast was great—lots of choices. Location is far from main sights in comparison to other hotels. Would not stay here again.
