What a surprise! We didnt expect the staff to be so nice. Room was lovely with an amazing view. The staff went out of their way to get me a gluten free breakfast. 100% recommend. Location was perfect. Everything was perfect about this hotel

Perfection

Milano & Spa is perfectly located - right in the heart of Verona, yet still peaceful. It was spotless throughout, and the service was outstanding. Every member of staff, from reception to the terrace bar, went out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms are stunning, with beautiful, decor that made it feel like a luxury escape. One of the standout highlights was the rooftop jacuzzi, which is free for guests to use. Sipping a drink while overlooking the Roman arena was the perfect way to unwind - absolutely breathtaking. I loved this hotel and would come back in a heartbeat. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. They even made sure we had fresh water for our onward journey

Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful surprise. From the welcome and valet parking to the helpful, friendly staff! It is perfectly situated for exploring beautiful Verona after partaking of the delicious breakfast spread. The room was bijou but had many extras to make it very comfortable. It truly is pet friendly- especially with gorgeous Mia in the foyer waiting to greet the guests. We will be back!

You just don’t get more central location than this location, Getting to the location can be a little bit challenging because of the narrow streets of Verona but once you’re there, you are in the center of the action literally one minute walk to the arena Location, location, location. Just please take into consideration the hot tub on the roof can be accessed only by appointment until 3 PM, And only between 3 PM to 6 PM there is free access. The bar on the roof overlooks the arena and Verona is a unique, relaxing experience

Although the apartment is not a part of the actual hotel and spa they accommodate you as if you’re staying there. I went to the main hotel building and they drove my bags over to the other building which was so nice. The apartment is located right next to the castle which was so fun to wake up, walk outside and see first thing in the morning by the river.

Have just returned from city break to Verona. Location of hotel is fabulous, yards from the Arena. Check-in was speedy and informative, hotel staff helpful, extra hangers provided on request and desk efficient at arranging taxis. Roof-top terrace bar friendly and relaxing. Breakfast was good value for money with great choice of hot and cold options. Will recommend to friends.

A brilliant central location over looking the arena, yet nice & quiet inside the hotel. The staff here were fabulous - they were so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. A great roof-top bar & view. I highly recommend.

The moment we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted by the staff. The room we stayed in was clean with all the amenities you could wish for. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had. The location is perfect for touring and shopping and the hotel is just a short walk from the arena. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona. The best part are the staff who go out their way to make your visit enjoyable.

Weekend in Verona

Amazing stay in Verona. Everything was perfect.. I was greated on arrival and my luggage was taken care off promptly. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and clean. Rooftop restaurant offers unforgettable views and excellent choice of food and drinks. Location could not have been better. Upon checking out they ordered my taxi and served the morning coffee while I was waiting. There is nothing to complain about. I will certainly come back.

We stayed in the annexe, by Verona castle, which turned out to be an apartment, not just a bedroom. It had its own breakfast room so no need to walk to main hotel, by Verona Arena. Everything was very good, including my gluten free breakfast
