The room was welcoming and very well done. The staff were super friendly, updated appliances and amenities. Although no pool they have 2 very nice hot tubs on the rooftop area. Within walking distance to the art museum and not a far Uber to condado beach or any beach for that matter. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Great rooms, location close to the museums, and the neighborhood has wonderful food and nightlife all within walking distance. The pictures don’t do the terrace justice. Large bathrooms and wonderfully helpful staff. I would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat

Overall our experience was okay. The hotel is in a great location. It’s located in San Juan’s museum district where there are several museums, such as the Art Museum, within walking distance. It’s also a 15-minute drive from Isla Verde and the airport. The staff was welcoming and the room was large and clean and the bathroom had been modernized. We also appreciated the free coffee machine. Our biggest issue was barely any running water and when there was, there was no hot water available therefore we were unable to shower. They did offer to provide a bucket of hot water but if they’re going to charge over $200 per night they need to find a better alternative to the water shortage than the bucket of water.

Luna, the manager that was there was amazing. Super nice even gave me restaurantrecommendations. I love the rooms. They were gorgeous. Everything was clean quiet I will stay there again.
