We couldn’t even stay at the place . Soon as I landed they and tried to get the address to the house they finally told me that the house wasn’t available . I tried to talk to the owner of the house and they was rude about everything

The property was not set up to be rented. I believe Vrbo/Expedia rented the house without the owner's knowledge, because when we arrived the key locked didn't open and the owner never answered our calls. We are a retired couple who was stranded late at night, before a rain storm and nowhere to go in Puerto Rico. Costumer service got frustrated, because she couldn't find an available place for us to go, since it was a busy week of celebrations in the Island. Costumer service basically hanged up on us. Very traumatic experience. The WORST service in our many years of traveling.
