The front desk employee refused to let us check in along with several other parties. He started yelling, told everyone to leave and called the police-after he took our credit card and charged for parking. INSANE experience, had to find another hotel at 10pm after driving 8 hours

After we settled in, the bed's comforter and sheets had a used toothpick, clumps of hair and chunks of dirt on the sheets. 😡Since the Housekeeping Staff was already dismissed, the Clerk helped but it made it a long day to decipher the bedsheets' threaded color code for our queen size bed and I changed the bedding myself. 🤔😡

There was another neighboring hotel that seemed unsafe. I also called to extend check out and they rushed me in for the phone but did say extended check out was fine.

The hotel was fine. Good location, good breakfast, great staff. But we paid for a suite--which turned out to be a standard room into which they'd thrown a hide-a-bed couch. The bed in the couch wasn't even made up, nor were there linens in the room to make it up. And the mattress on the couch was dirty. It also turns out that I missed that there's a cost for parking. With the extra $10 a day I might have found a real suite (as in two rooms) at another hotel. Overall, I felt misled and was deeply disappointed with what I would have otherwise considered a good hotel.

We had to wait for the staff to come and check us in, we waited several minutes forbhim. After we where toldvwhatbroom and floor we took the elevator and as soon asvwe got outbthebSMELL OF ROTTEN FISH WAS DISCUSTING. It was so stron it camw into ourbroom. Thank God i had spray i had to go back down i told the guy about the smell he said " yes i know someone is cooking in the airforce fish, that smell was rotten fish. I placed a towel under the door to keeep the smell out. The ladies in the kitchen she was very and the room was nice and clean. Cleaning ladies very sweet and nice.if it hadn't had that offle smell it would had been nice. But 1 night not a good zzzz because of the smell 😕
