NEW 2 BEDROOM plus DEN PENTHOUSE with PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK

The unit includes a master suite (with soaking tub, double shower, double sinks, toilet room) with a porch and sliding glass doors to view the resort and ocean, a second bedroom with two full size beds and private bath, and a TV/extra bedroom with private bath. The townhome is a penthouse, so it feels as though you are on TOP of the world, looking out onto the resort, pools, and ocean.
The main living area includes a full kitchen which is open to a dining room and living room which has a full wall of sliding doors that open.
The upstairs in this unit is a private roof top area with grill kitchen, eating area, bathroom, fire pit/sofa, loungers and private spa/pool (can be heated).
All windows have electric blackout shades and day shades.
All rooms have independent air conditioner controls.
Restaurants and quaint bars at resort.
Private theatre available at resort.

This resort is for individuals who want THE BEST of EVERYTHING, in a classy calm environment.
