Brand new construction with 4 independent condos and no space is shared. Downstairs unit is also a vacation rental.
Condo on the 1st floor. Guests have private entrance to this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with 4 beds - on the 2nd floor. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for culinary adventures. Enjoy the spacious, comfortable seating - place for family to gather.

Step outside to discover your private balcony - a true haven for relaxation and fun! Balcony has a fire pit dining table and a BBQ. We do provide beach towels & beach chairs
ATTENTION: we have 2 cameras on the east side of condo which are not fundtional right now, were used during construction. Carport area has camera and is mainly for security purposes.

Great place for our family

We really enjoyed our stay on Mission Beach! Great walkable amenities - Belmont Park, the beach itself, coffee, restaurants. Our kids also enjoyed the playground just a half mile south. The unit was great and had everything we needed with many thoughtful touches from the hosts.

Brand new property and excellent location

The home is new construction with nice modern amenities, appliances, and furniture. The property was well stocked with kitchen, bath, and beach supplies. It is an excellent location with about a block's walk to both the ocean and the bay. Centrally located if you want to drive to La Jolla, Downtown, Sea World, Coronado, and other attractions. Great host also.
