It would have been nice not to have to go outside of the hotel for a gym. A simple multifunction machine would allow for a decent enough workout while traveling. There appears to be plenty of unused space in the hotel where a decent gym could be setup.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. The hotel does offer a small fitness center equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. I'm sorry you were not informed about this amenity. Our sincerest apologies.

Not to Shabby

Pros: Location was awesome
Cons: Bathroom was a little small and could use a bit of a remodel.
Location: There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel is within short driving distances to attractions such as Sea World and San Diego Zoo.
As soon as we walked into the hotel we thought the appearance was very nice. The hotel provided a paid parking area which was nice considering the location of San Diego where parking can be a bit of a chore. The staff was very nice and always polite. There was the ease of access to snacks if needed which was nice when we didn't want to have to run out for a few things. The dining area for when we didn't want to leave to find breakfast. The room itself provided plenty of space for our family and was kept nicely clean. I only wished they had little bigger bathroom. Over all the hotel and staff were very good and the location was great with plenty of a attractions nearby.

Room comfort

Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: Housekeeping could make sure there is the proper soaps in the bathroom.
Location: Plenty to do in the surrounding area.
The king size bed was uncomfortable, you could feel and hear some of the bed springs on certain parts of the bed. The side and foot areas to be specific. The pillows in the room where too soft, offering no support. The air conditioner would blow out cool air as set, then hot air would emit, forcing me to turn off the unit.

Thank you for staying with us in Mission Valley. We appreciate you taking the time to complete a survey for our property. We apologize for any inconvenience the bedding may have caused you or your family. We frequently change out the mattresses as needed and will investigate this further. We will also look into the issue with the air conditioner and make the necessary changes. The associate who serviced your room has been spoken with and coached on proper amenity placement. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future to serve you again.

Sheraton??

I usually associated Sheraton with a quality hotel but not so much anymore. It took 2 days for my tv to be repaired actually changed out. I also was disappointed that there was $16 fee to park at the hotel nightly. No complementary breakfast. Will not stay here again and will steer my friends, family clear of this disappointment.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for writing a review regarding your recent stay at the Sheraton Mission Valley Hotel. I am very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the TV in your guest room and that you are not happy with the parking fee. We charge for parking to stay competitive in our market as other hotels in our immediate area charge for parking as well. I am sorry if this was not communicated to you at the time you booked your reservation. Again, please accept my apologies. I do hope that you will reconsider and stay with us again in the future. Affordable High Quality with Brilliant Service

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Stayed here recently when on an week visit and found it to be immaculate, ornate, and very well trained staff. I checked in one day late due to a flight cancellation arriving just in time for my business appointment, was somewhat stressed and completely exhausted. Everything about how I was treated under these unique circumstances at the hotel speaks volumes about the atmosphere being a welcomed blend of professionalism and a human touch. The room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Although I did not make use of the pool and fitness centre, both provided an ambience that makes visitors feel not only welcomed but included. The wine tasting social each evening and watching the lobby television with other guests and some staff added to that sense of being included into the community of Mission Valley rather than just being there on a visit. Great customer service, great location to the airport and most of all great people. Aaron, Antonette and Alexis in addition to the other members of the staff make this property stand out better than the others. The hotel is also close to entertainment, shopping and the Trolley line which gives guests lots of options of what to do once you are settled!

Somewhat disappointed

Cons: No free Internet
The "S" did not live up to our exspectation. We don't travel that much however the room for the price was to little for 3 people-advertized for 4. Paying $22 a night for parking, being asked to park in another place other than what you were initially told due to a wedding was a bit insulting especially because it was so far away for my wife to walk.

Fantastic staff, Fair rooms

Nothing special. Good mattress/pillows. Carpet needs cleaning and ceiling above shower needs to be painted after obvious repair. I expected more from Sheraton. City view offers a lot of freeway noise. I recommend opting for the mountain view instead. The nice surprise was NO PARKING FEE.

Worst hotel bed I have ever slept on

Pros: location
Cons: Poor breakfast
Great location, 14 dollars per day parking charge however there were adequate spaces. The bed was a joke. It had a large valley with 2 peaks on each side.
