To quote Ed Sheeran - “The club is not the place to find a lover, the bar is where I go”. This place and the room we had was loud. The bars at night or the garbage truck emptying the trash in the morning. The later it gets the louder it gets. When the hotel offers a complimentary set of ear plugs that should have been my warning. The room was clean, and the staff helpful, but the overall scene was not our cup of tea.

Clean and direct access to the beach. Rooms are super cute and comfortable! Safe, secure parking. Could not be nicer and staff is lovely. This is PB so don’t expect a quiet getaway but it’s fun and the property itself is quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Park Inn! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach in Pacific Beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the boardwalk, shops, and tens of great restaurants. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a dream. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently updated, with a beachy vibe that made the whole experience feel relaxing and fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they made sure everything went smoothly. The pool and hot tub area was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach, and I appreciated the little details like complimentary breakfast and beach towels. Overall, it was a perfect mix of laid-back and upscale—definitely a place I’d stay at again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing beachside escape in San Diego!
