Property older, a little dark and can be chilly. Awesome location, very clean, staff were great!! Open floor plan, can be noisy. Excellent value as it is clean and walkable to most things.

Unreliable and unhygienic

I got a last minute booking for a night at this hotel. The walls where thin. The bed was made nicely. But the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. It was very loud. I asked for shuttle service to the airport at 5am. I did receive a wake up call, but not until 5. The shuttle never showed and I had to take a taxi. The man working the front desk was clueless and tried to recharge me for the room. This will be my one and only stay.

not a good choice at the moment

the good points: a fair price for what you get as the place is clean and you get plenty of bed space and a shower room that actually has hot water the negative: the rooms are small and so overcrowded with beds that you actually are unable to walk around the beds without bumping into furniture even if you are careful. There is building work going on next door (the buildings are attached to each other and the walls are thin) and the knocking and drilling starts at 7 in the morning and goes on all day. The management have assured us that they are trying to do something about it but how successful their efforts are going to be is questionable

The hotel is very economical. Staff are very nice and try to help but speak NO English. That, coupled with my very poor Spanish made the stay very difficult. The hotel received groups of guests at late hours which were loud and kept me awake until 2 a.m. Noise resumed as early as 7 a.m.

They were nice. I arrived early and I got a room at that moment. I had to wait to get hot water. Very old toilet. Uncomfortable mattress to me. I only spent one night and it was good enough to me.

Cosy, friendly & convenient!

Beautiful, cosy, conveniently located hotel in the heart of San Cristobal. Very friendly staff who were more than happy to help us out when we wanted to change rooms, ask for directions or even use their printer! I would definitely stay here again and the car park provided was extremely useful as well.
