The staff and the location were the highlight of this hotel. Lovely and welcoming, we felt comfortable immediately. The view from our room was spectacular. And a short and beautiful walk brought us to the heart of Portofino. We loved everything about our stay and would gladly stay here again

The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."
