The stay I have ever experienced

This home was booked for 7 people, including two kids. The home was not cleaned properly upon arrival.. The bathtubs were not suitable for showers and the sinks were full of debris. There were food stains on the walls, baseboards were filthy, the sofa smelled soiled, the blinds need to be replaced as it seem like a cat had been playing in them. The home has a severe ant problem where ants covered the counter although food was not left out. (There was bug spray in the home so it is a known issue) The dinette table chair was broken, yet they continue to rent the home. The home is in close proximity to the grocery store and has great potential but it is very dated and it needs quite a few repairs. Unfortunately, I have to admit the home is not worth the money spent and it’s my worst rental.

Very convenient location for the outings we planned. Very clean and all basic amenities you needed in kitchen. My only thing I felt needed improvement where the amount of wash clothes available.

Great stay in a great location!

Wonderfully Spacious!

The house was spacious with a large backyard which was ideal for our boys to hang out and play. Great internet speed for everyone to enjoy without service dropping off and the host was quick to respond to any questions that I had. I highly recommend this house, especially if you have a large family.

Christmas stay

We had a great holiday getaway staying at this spacious home. We had plenty of room and we were able to have our Christmas gathering with our family. It also had a nice big backyard. Neighbors were very nice and offered to give us a Christmas tree for our stay. Property manager was quick in responding to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice basic house in quiet neighborhood

Nice house. Minimal, but adequate furnishings. Well-stocked kitchen supplies. Huge backyard, but no furniture or seating outside - renters may want to consider bringing camp chairs if you prefer to spend time outside. Just a note, all four bedrooms are upstairs. This wasn't obvious to me in the descriptions/images. Probably not an issue for most people, but we had a member in our group with a mobility disability that made it difficult - not the property's fault, but may help someone else to know!

Great location, only minutes away from main attractions. Spacious with a beautiful backyard. Could use some detailed cleaning. Some sheets and dishes were dirty upon arrival. windows had multiple spiders.

Closest comfort to my own home

I had never rented a home for a week-long or month-long duration, but I have stayed in a hotel room for 40+ days and it was not ideal. We rented this home because we were waiting to close on our first house in San Antonio and the house and property manager, John Briggs, were fantastic. The house is within 30 minutes of pretty much everything you could need (mall, food, downtown, movies, etc). My wife and I have 3 children so we are used to bringing an inflatable bed to hotel rooms for 1 of our children. Our kids were really excited to see that they could have their own rooms during our stay. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner (master bedroom was a bit warmer than the rest of the house) and the property manager/owner had somebody over to troubleshoot the issue within a few days and had the problem completely fixed a few days later. Would definitely rent this property again!

If we come back next year, I would stay again

Great place to stay just a simple home, with plenty of space. We asked for a grill and when we arrive we had it. Only thing that need to be checked is the hot water heater. Water got cold before we all could finish bathing. It was very clean plenty of towels, easy to find the home also. Plenty of stores and food places very close by.

Very nice and clean house in a great neighborhood

This house was very well laid out, and had plenty of room for 2 families. We came to San Antonio for my son's BMT graduation, and this place was in the middle of anything that we could have wanted. Only took about 15 minutes or less to get to base, and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The rooms are very large and impressive. The backyard was spacious for our dog to be able to run and play. The neighbors were very friendly, too.
