Maid service. Had to use the same towels both days. You would think that the price we paid we would have gotten clean towels each day, but that must be your policy, not to change them out. No WIFI service, guess that was an extra cost I overlooked along with the paid parking. I will definitely read all the amenities before I book another motel in the area. But this want be one of them. Slamming doors all night long also. But that's other guest's fault. Not completely satisfied, but you got my money so I will just move on.

Room we had was musty and damp. Had to keep Door open for couple hours to air out the room. Parking was terrible. 30$ a night to park. After taking family to riverwalk and return back to hotel their no parking due to company event. Took over 1hr to find parking in the garage.

The staff at the front counter was very professional and friendly. We checked in and then left to explore San Antonio and paid $30 for parking. When we arrived back in the evening there was no parking left for us. After waiting and driving around someone finally left and we were able to park. There was an event happening at the hotel, so that was part of the issue. It was also very congested in the front of the building trying to get in to the hotel, I believe this was also due to the event that was happening. Otherwise the room was clean and in decent condition.

The hotel was very close to the river walk and close to the Frost Bank Center. They provided cookies anytime we asked, and the restaurant in the hotel had a great breakfast! Everything was clean and it was a quiet stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel and location.
