POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS
The backyard is a private paradise. Dip in the heated pool 20 ft long and 4 - 9ft deep.

Kick back on chaise lounges by the pool or rest in the shade on comfy seating on the large pool deck. Play outdoor corn hole games. Barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill and dine at the table for 6. A wood-burning fire pit adds allure to alfresco meals.

* The pool can be heated for $100/day. Please provide 48 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool. Due to cold weather heating pool in Jan and Feb can only go to 75 and 85 the rest of the time.

Security Cameras: 24/7 Working outward-facing outside cameras are located on the front(doorbell), side, and back of house. The doorbell camera records video and audio. There are no indoor cameras.

Guest must submit a copy of valid ID and sign a pool liability waiver.

Dogs must be crate trained.

No smoking allowed.
