Room was very basic for a Novotel hotel. For the price, you’d expect more. There’s no aircon in the hotel lobby, so it was very hot and humid even at 10pm at night. Upside to this was the aircon was on in the room already so it was cool upon entering. Room itself was relatively clean and had basic amenities. Staff were helpful and nice. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay (as we had an early flight out the next morning) but for the price, I’d expect a lot more.

The rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. Proximity to DFO was fantastic, more dining options locally would be great, the in house restaurant is quite expensive however.

we were blown away by the rooms and the resturant facilities and so close to the airport was a real bonus. Was a shame the pool was not open but Im sure the next time we come over it will be up and running again. We will definitely be back to stay here .

Grrat stay good location.
Hreat location for both airport and for wharf to get boat to moreton island. Room clean large and modern. Carpark under basement is tight. Breakfast ok range of items. When my daughter was upset that the pancake machine wasnt working i asked the waiter reece and he was great kindly gave her a stack and made her day. Great service from him.
