I stayed over the hotel last weekend, valet took my vehicle into the private parking that I paid for and my vehicle was left open and robbed of all of my belongings. Nothing was done about it, no one reached out to me. I had to reach out to them and they told me to make a police report and show them receipts of the things that were stolen from me. Very distasteful stay and will never stay there again, in conclusion I will be giving my review on this establishment and will be publications this incident to make people aware of how they will be treated in a situation like this and the dangers of theft even if they paid for your so called private parking.

Great location for my stay and the restaurant was amazing (except for a loud fan being in there maybe due to the heat outside and the tvs weren’t working in the restaurant as well). Also took me a while to find parking, a lot of the ramps were closed so drove around for a while and finally found something! Otherwise everything was great, loved that there was a robe in the room!

I’d say this is a completely average hotel. Nothing exciting. There’s no parking in the area so we had to pay the $42 per night for valet parking. We’d payed for a room with a view and to be fair we had half of view of the river, and the other half was of a brick wall about 5 feet away. So not that compelling. I would stay here again if I absolutely had to, but there’s really no reason to stay here. There’s other hotels in Saint Paul.

I checked in Thursday late night, the young man there was rude, so that’s how it started. Some of our pillows had stains on them. The lights in the room kept flickering on and off and was really creepy. I also felt unsafe outside at night. The shampoo was only about 1/4 filled and there was no conditioner.

My colleagues and I were hurried out of the restaurant by the bar tender. We had just ordered desert when she started to close down the bar and turn other customers away. She even brought down the security gates to encourage our departure. The worst part was that the playoffs were on and she switched off the TV without consideration. All of this occurred an hour before the regular closing time. We reported it to the manager on duty. He mostly shrugged it off, but gave a somewhat sincere apology. Not at all what I expected from the brand.

Poor accommodations but Good Staff

No parking and no luggage carriers so its not great if you have a lot of stuff. There were signs of bed bugs in my room it looked like it had been taken car of but there was staining on mattresses. The a/c didnt work and there was a shot in the qiring of the bayhroom that made the light occasionally stobe. The staff was all incredibly helpful and very nice though.
