"Been staying here on and off for over 10 years. Great staff good restaurants/bar but the property needs money putting into it. Broken fittings, broken toilet seats, broken air conditioning. Lots of staff milling around but no progress being made with improving the building"

"No one at check in @ 17.00pm Booking in machine would not recognise my booking despite me having already paid. Was waiting 30 minutes for someone to turn up. Breakfast should have been at 06.30am but was not open until 06.45 and the manager was still in pyjamas hair not brushed. Not very professional. ..."
