"Food was good with a wide variety , the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful always , room and house keeping was always on time and my sincere greetings to reception man Mohamed Radi who welcomingly hosted us during our stay. My only negative point that the AC was working only on fan mode in winter although it was so hot for us inside the room"

"Dive shop on site. Beautiful green areas. Very good hospitality. No house reef. No snorkeling ( boats in and out from marina ) -no snorkeling allowed off shore. Another resort 4 resorts south has a house reef. Excellent ORCA dive shop. Booked all inclusive. Likely too much food :) would definetly stay there again "

"My recent stay was disappointing due to several key problems that management should address. The Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable, and the facilities are old and need upgrading. Furthermore, the mosquito problem in and around the room was severe, leading to multiple bites. Most concerning was the unfair treatment at the bar, where Egyptian guests were denied access to hard drinks that were available to foreigners, despite all paying the same price. This discriminatory policy is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel until these significant issues are resolved."
