We initially came for 2 days and finally prolonged our stay as we really enjoyed the hotel and specifically the service. The people are so kind and so willing to help each time you need it. Fantastic hotel and the restaurant staff was amazing and attentive! Good variety of food. Only negative was the amphitheater where the nightly entertainment was held- VERY VERY uncomfortable. No back and you are sitting on concrete no chairs.

Animation team was very entertaining ,friendly and welcoming , staff all over the property was super helpful ! Sayeed ( mr bean ) at the main restaurant was funny and super helpful ! The over all vibe of the resort force you to cheer up and have a great time no matter what your mood is ;) My boys loved the ( entertainer of short stature) he was super nice !! And we thank him for the good time we had ! Also big shout out to Mustafa the dive instructor who managed to make us all feel comfortable enough to try diving even my 10 year old who usually panics had an unforgettable experience !! Thank you all we will defiantly be back !

The location was good, the staff were friendly but the food was terrible, not much variety and some of the food was reheated. The water bottles were not nestle or Dasani, it was glass bottles that they refill it and didn’t taste good. I had to cancel a night a leave early. I didn’t have a good experience.
