Property was clean. Room was nice . Staff friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The area around the hotel felt a little sketchy but the hotel felt safe and secure. Would go back.

If having a security guard, regular police, and homeless people all around then this is the place for you. I swear there were drug deals going down in the parking lot. I was checked into a room, went to open the door and was greeted with a very hostile woman wanting to know why I was coming into her room. We were given another room. When I checked in none of the staff bothered with masks and didn't care that people would come into the lobby without them as well. The room smelt horrible! The ice machine closest to the room didn't work, had to go all the way to outside the lobby's ice machine.

We did not stay. Homeless everywhere, cars with smashed out windows, trucks filled with tires and rims and thick pot smell

Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like that our room when we first walk in smelled like marijuana and T.V cable was not working. Desk chair was broken and room only had 1 bath towel. Desk lamp did not work and one light bulb above sink was out.

This place is very tired! Two of the staff did come and try to fix the TV with only minor success. There were many areas in need of fixing -broken sink, safety lock on door torn off, TV didn’t work, “pet friendly” but no place to potty, - the whole place needs interior and exterior painting and refreshing. We won’t be staying here again!

Didn’t get the king room I reserved. Property crawling w apparently residents that live there. Hallways to room filthy w broken lights. Room musty, bathroom absolutely filthy. Dirt on walls, pee in toilet, caked dust, hair in tub. Homeless encampment right outside window. I was afraid. Shocked

At first when I read the reviews I was reluctant to book my stay. But, my stay was not bad even thou I do have a few complaints which is the Wi-Fi didn't work the whole time, the bed was hard and the soap to wash your hands is horrible. Other than that its a bang for your buck.

Our first room was under the stairs, which we decided would do for one night. We found when we got back in the evening, the TV did not work. They graciously moved us to a new room, which was nice. Next morning, we went out to a very early breakfast. When we got back around 9:30, the crew was hosing off the second floor walkway, which dripped over the edge making it hard to get to our room. Then, as we were going to shower to be on our way, we found the same water from above was leaking into our bathroom from the light. Needless to say, we did not get to shower and left. Not a good experience. We have never had issues booking good places with Travelocity— the picture used to promote this hotel is not an accurate depiction— other problem is all the trash and homelessness surrounding the property. The park and river indicated next to the property is away from the immediate issues and very nice, but not very accessible from the hotel. We understand the hotel is under renovation, but this was not acceptable.
