Good location, friendly staff. Room was very dusty along headboards, pictures, and shelf in bathroom; found three long hairs between sheets, one pillow was fluffy and new and the rest were old with the stuffing separated into little balls; one pillow had severe drool stains. I slept with a t-shirt over my pillow. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom door lock did not work. Breakfast was filling and good, pre-boxed hard-boiled eggs, a bagel, cream cheese, yogurt and apple juice and a muffin on the side, also instant oatmeal and coffee. We got 2 queen beds for two nights for $265.

The pandemic had caused supply chain issues, and we just got in a shipment of pillows; after 2 months of backorder. Rest assured the pillows will be replaced. Having a friendly staff is one one of our top goals, and we are happy to have accomplished that. We hope to see you again.

I really liked the area. It was in the middle of a corporate campus, so it was really clean and easy to access the freeway!

Really like the room, and would stay again. I was disappointed that I had picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub as a special treat for my 90 year old mom. At checkin we found out the indoor pool and hot tub were closed , and we could use the outdoor pool at the property next door, which does not work on a rainy freezing overcast day. Next time I will call the hotel directly to make sure pool open before booking.

We decided to stay at Hampton Inn based on the fact that we frequently stay at Hampton Inn and for the most part they are great. We were not informed that they are currently under construction and their indoor pool is currently not in service. Would have been good to know in advance after promising our kids we could swim after a long day in the heat. This only to find our room was having difficulties with hot water in the shower. The man at the front desk offered to change rooms for us but after unpacking it wasn't worth the hassle. Cold showers for everyone

I liked that the pool was heated and it was a very relaxing hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

never again

Pros: after this nothing
Cons: be truthful up front
After checking in to a room that had been prepaid for they needed my cc to place a hold of $50, the next day I find out that the hold was not $50 but $208 I spoke to the manager the next day and was told that this was a computer error and that it would be corrected in a couple of days. I spoke to another manager about this 3 days later and was told that the hold had been released it had not , I then had the company I booked the room through contact the hotel and they were told that it would take 5 to 7 business days this after being told the matter been taken care of./////don't like not being told the truth up front will never stay here again.

Great hotel, great price.

Pros: Very clean, very nice staff.
Cons: Appeared that non hotel residents were able to use the pool and eat the breakfast.
Location: Was easy to get on and off the freeway.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was great!

Great price for a great place

I took a group of students from school, and we were so pleased with the hotel. It was very clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient. the continenetal breakfast was OK - not fantastic, but OK, the service was wonderful, and we will definitely stay here again.
