We stay and love the ALoft hotels because of the handicap accessible the bathroom is roll in or has a clean shower chair with all the safety handles . It is a wonderful room with plenty of room for a wheelchair. Beds are a little low , very comfortable. Everything you could need in your room with coffee , tea , water Has a refrigerator . Large TV screen with plenty of options . Close accommodation to local eateries in the area . Right near I 5 and SMF . Very friendly and accommodating staff . Went above and beyond for our transportation to the airport . Thank you A LOFT OF NATOMAS IN SACRAMENTO! Truly grateful for the grace and generosity you showed my partner and myself . I highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel itself is ok, we have stayed at Aloft before elsewhere. Minor comment that we could hear TV in room next-door and hence, also conversations and music etc. But aside from that, the service was terrible. Staff need training as don't know basic things. Example, don't know which door at airport for hotel shuttle, don't know drawer with lost and found, and on and on.
