Overall room was very clean. It’s quiet one suggestion I would make is to put the TVs on the wall for easier viewing. Also would highly recommend replacing the toilets as they are extremely low. Byron Grill was clean. Good service. Good food check in also, was good, I was able to make our transportation appointment pick up time and a wake up call.

The security of the west tower is none, anyone can walk through the front slidong doors without a key. There were many non paying customers hanging out in the entrance of the West tower when my children and I were trying to get to the room on the 3rd floor. Dofs were barking all.night, the bed wqs dirty you could tell .The West tower definitely needs some renovations. Parking was INSANE, all options were taken, we circled multiple times wastong over a half hour before going into the hotel. We ended up parking in a no parking area as we had no choice.

Housekeeping stole all of my fancy paper incense and my single use eyedrops. Then they snitched to front office saying theres a "cr*ck pipe" in my room and they threw me out. It was a harmless glass one-hitter. Definitely wasnt smoking cr*ck in my room. So yeah. Overall, you guys have a beautiful property but idiots/ thieves working as house keeping. I want a refund for the way I was treated and reimbursement for the incense and eye medication.

I had to get maintenance to come and replace a bathroom faucet. The handle fell off as soon as I touched it. It should have been caught my housekeeping. Maintenance came quickly and fixed the problem Everything needed vacuuming

Great location

Great location, there's a crosswalk to the mall across the street and lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms, given warm cookies upon check in. Nice place and friendly service!

The property is run down. The pool leaked water into the gym and into the hallways wetting all the carpets. The room was not cleaned daily. There were large groups of young hockey kids running around, screaming. Not ideal but great for hockey teams

The good, bad and ugly

Room was nice, but smelled really strange (between dirty socks and burnt sugar cookies). One tiny trash can in the bathroom and one box of kleenex. No extras anywhere. Room was quite soundproof and beds were very comfy. 1st floor floors were nearly constantly wet and the constant screaming of kids running up/down hallways and playing hockey around every corner was horrible, especially with no parental supervision. Public bathroom needed constant attention and was freezing!
