Staff was not friendly and the door to the room would not lock from the outside even with the bolt locked it would still open from outside the shower curtain was molded from bottom to top

DISGUSTING

Pros: nothing
Cons: needs to close down
Run down and horrible service. So glad I did not stay here. The manager would not take my reservation unless i gave him cash! DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE HERE. DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE At South of the Border exit.

Ok place

Don't stay!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
I’m not picky when staying in hotels but this one was terrible. Stained sheets, old bedspread the beds are very low to the floor and hard. The room had bed bugs. It smelled musty. The shower wasn’t working. The towels stained, dust everywhere. I have nothing good to say about this place, had a terrible night, and left as soon as possible.

Decent if you have no other choice

The hotel was in a good location as far as south of the border. It wasn't the cleanest, didn't have a Continental breakfast as described, and I asked for a room with refrigerator and microwave and never got it.

yikes

Pros: Close restaurants
Ceiling was about to cave in due to past roof leak, bullet holes in windows, no hot water in shower and no one cleaned our room or replaced towels and wash cloths at all... The owner was nice but nice doesn't cut it

If it was not for the fact that I could not get my money back I would have left when I got to my room.

Pros: none
Cons: Noisy, not clean
As soon as I got there, The girl we talked to did not help us. She had to get her dad. He got there and could not even find are papers. When he fould them he did not know what day it was.Told us we where a day late. The room we got to the door was open when we got there. In the morning we fould a cockrouch in are room. There were cars racing up & down the parking lot. When we told the cockrouch down to them in the morning and ask them what they would do about it ? they tock and just thru it in there gargage, Right there in the lobby.

WORST STAY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

Booked room one night in advance online while on the road. Directions (Exit #) was incorrect. Reservation was NOT in system. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled bad. Sheets were GRAY! Big bug in room. TV only had a few channels. Towels were about the size of hand towels. But the biggest problem was the door would NOT lock. We used security latch and put chairs in front of door. A group of people partied outside our door until 3:00 a.m. in the morning! We would have asked for another room or a refund but had a child with us and it was late when we checked in. We made the best of a bad situation but I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. J & J from GA
